Fraud at the ballot box in 2026? What the sky shows about distrust and the challenge to the result

In astrologer Shelly Gonella's research, the sky of the runoff shows distrust of the voting machine and a challenge taken to the courts. Fraud is a matter of proof, and astrology explains why so many people have doubts.

Distrust of the electronic voting machine is one of the most discussed subjects of this election. Astrologer Shelly Gonella cast the sky of the runoff over Brazil's chart to answer a direct question: does the sky point to fraud?

The question of fraud has come back into circulation in 2026, as in 2018 and 2022. It shows up in forwarded messages, in videos of unknown origin, in calls for printed ballots and in sincere questions from people who simply do not understand how the machine works. After a first round decided by less than two points, the doubt gained strength on both sides: whoever loses suspects, and whoever wins fears the victory will be contested.

This research does not claim there was fraud, and it does not claim there will be. It deals with the subject because it is in the air, and because the sky explains very well why it is in the air.

Astrology reads the climate of a moment: what people feel, fear and argue about, and where a conflict tends to go. It is very good at that. Fraud is something else: it is a fact proved with documents, forensic examination and testimony. No chart replaces proof, and no serious astrologer accuses anyone of a crime on the strength of the sky.

That is why the right question for the sky is a different one: why do so many people distrust the system, and where will that distrust end up? For that question, the sky of the runoff has very clear answers.

Brazil's natal chart, 7 September 1822, 16:30, Ipiranga
Brazil's chart: 7 September 1822, 16:30, Ipiranga. Ascendant in Aquarius 27°, Neptune and Uranus in Capricorn 2° and 3°, in house 11.

On 25 October, Neptune makes an exact square to Neptune in Brazil's chart, within three tenths of a degree. Neptune is belief, the dream and also the fog: everything that cannot be seen clearly and that, for that reason, gets imagined. When Neptune in the sky strikes a country's Neptune, collective belief goes into crisis. What was trust becomes suspicion, and rumour runs faster than fact.

The sky of the runoff vote over Brazil's chart
The sky of the vote, 25 October 2026, 08:00, Brasília, in the outer ring; Brazil's chart in the inner ring, in gold. Neptune in the sky, at Aries 2°, squares Brazil's Neptune and Uranus, at Capricorn 2° and 3°.

It is the climate of forwarded messages, of videos of unknown origin and of certainties without proof. This sky shows suspicion everywhere, without saying whether it is true.

On the same day, Neptune squares Brazil's Uranus, within a little over a degree. Uranus is the planet of technology, electricity and machines. Neptune on Uranus is fog over technology: the difficulty of trusting something that works without anyone seeing inside it.

That is exactly what the electronic voting machine is for most voters. The sky explains precisely why the machine becomes the centre of doubt in this election.

On the eve of the vote, Mercury stations in the sky and turns retrograde at Scorpio 20°, inside Brazil's house 9, which is the house of Justice and the law. Mercury is the count, the word and the document. Retrograde, it reviews: appeals, requests for recounts, speeches that refuse to accept the number. In house 9, all of this ends up in the courts.

Mercury turns direct again on 13 November, and on that day it passes over Mars in Brazil's chart. Mars is strength and firmness. It is the picture of a debate closed by a firm decision from the institutions.

There is also Pluto square Brazil's Mars throughout the period: pressure on the security forces, called on to guarantee order while the dispute runs its course.

The electronic voting machine has been used in Brazil since 1996. In 30 years, no fraud has been proven. It goes through public security tests, in which outside specialists try to break into it, and at the end of voting each machine prints a report with the votes of that polling station, which is posted on site and published online. In 2022, the Armed Forces' report on the electronic system found no fraud.

Even so, the doubt exists, and the sky of this election indicates it will be large.

Every democracy depends on believing in something one does not see working. Nobody personally checks the votes of the whole country, just as nobody checks the aircraft engine before boarding. Trust is what connects millions of people to a result they did not witness. When it breaks, no proof seems enough.

The ancient Greeks separated opinion, which is what one thinks, from knowledge, which is what can be demonstrated. Doubt is healthy when it asks for demonstration, and corrosive when it refuses any demonstration. It is the difference between investigating and distrusting everything.

An old saying goes that a lie travels around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes, and Neptune's transit over Brazil's Neptune describes a period like that. Astrology can help people recognise the climate and avoid being carried away by it: when the sky is full of fog, the wisest question is always "where is the proof?".

In short, the answers of this study are these:

The data behind this study: Brazil, 7 September 1822, 16:30, Ipiranga (São Paulo). Transits of 24 and 25 October and 13 November 2026, calculated for Brasília. Tropical zodiac, Placidus houses, Brasília time.

And the questions that come up most on this subject, with the short answer:

Does the sky point to fraud at the ballot box in 2026? No. In astrologer Shelly Gonella's research, the sky of the runoff shows a strong climate of distrust and rumour about the voting technology, and a challenge taken to the courts. Fraud is proved with evidence, and in 30 years of electronic voting machines none has been proven.

Why do so many people distrust the electronic voting machine? On voting day, Neptune, the planet of fog and rumour, makes an exact square to Neptune in Brazil's chart and also touches the country's Uranus, which rules technology. It is the picture of a country in doubt about what it believes in, and about the machine.

How long will the challenge to the runoff last? Until mid-November. Mercury, the planet of counting and of the spoken word, stations and turns retrograde in Brazil's house of Justice on the eve of the vote, and only turns direct again on 13 November.

How we interpret your chart

Methodology

☉

The interpretation follows the Shelly Gonella method — a well-known astrologer who never reads a position in isolation.

01

Every reading combines planet, sign, house, aspects, ruler of the house and position of the ruler, identifying patterns that repeat in your chart.

02

The result is an integrated interpretation, made to turn astrological information into clarity, real understanding and practical use.

Have you ever gone to an astrology site, generated your birth chart and started reading each position separately?

"Moon in Pisces."

"Venus in Gemini."

"Uranus in House 7."

You get dozens of interpretations but, in the end, you still do not understand how any of it applies to your life.

Worse still: many people end up concluding that "astrology does not work" when, in fact, the problem is how the chart was interpreted. A birth chart is not a collection of loose meanings.

In professional astrology there is a methodology of reading. There is an order, criteria and specific guidelines that show which elements carry more weight, how they relate to each other and which patterns really repeat. That is what turns information into understanding. It was for that reason that I developed my method of interpretation.

Instead of simply explaining what each planet, sign or house means, I answer the question that really matters:

"What do I do with this?"

How does that position influence my relationships? My career? My challenges? My talents? My decisions?

Because astrology only makes sense when it stops being a list of traits and becomes a practical tool for understanding who you are, why certain patterns repeat and how to use that knowledge to live with more awareness.

Most charts explain what you have.

My method explains how everything works together, which patterns in your chart matter most and, above all, what to do with that information in practice.

That is the difference between reading a birth chart and truly understanding it.

High-precision astronomical calculations, checked position by position to guarantee the accuracy of every sign, house and aspect in your chart.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about your reading

How does it work?

You enter your birth data and receive the graphic of your birth chart free, with the positions of the planets, signs, houses and aspects. Then you choose the area you want to understand first: the written interpretation is ready within 1 day and opens in your library, here inside the site.

Is the interpretation created from my chart?

Yes. The content is organised from the real positions of the planets, signs, houses, aspects and rulers of your birth chart — never from a standard text that would serve anyone with the same isolated position.

Do I need to know the exact time of birth?

For the free chart, no: without the time it is still possible to calculate the positions of the planets, but the Ascendant and the houses become unavailable or less precise. For the interpretation you buy, yes — the time is indispensable, because the Ascendant, the houses and much of what the reading analyses come from it. If you are not sure of the time, check your birth certificate before ordering: without it the result would be led into error.

How long until I receive my analysis?

Within 1 day of the payment clearing — and usually well before. It opens on its own in your library, and you can close the page while you wait.

Do I get a PDF? Does access expire?

Yes, the interpretation is available to download as a PDF, and the PDF is yours to keep. On the platform, access lasts 12 months from the purchase.

Can I buy more than one analysis?

Yes. After the first sign-up, you can order as many as you like with the same login — they are all kept in your library.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your birth data is used only to calculate the birth chart and is never shared with third parties. The payment details go straight to whoever charges — this page does not store card numbers.
